At Zhongshan Shangmei, quality management and product development are built directly into our day-to-day manufacturing operations. In our Xiaolan workshops, our development and production teams work with modern machinery to maintain steady output and reliable assembly.

As a certified High-Tech Enterprise, we hold invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents. Our manufacturing operations run in accordance with our certified Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).

SHOP FLOOR OPERATIONS

Standardized Manufacturing Workflow

From metal tubes and raw panels to finished commercial furniture, our workshop departments coordinate closely under established quality controls.

Metal Fabrication

Our metal workshop handles the cutting, punching, tube bending, and welding of steel frames, legs, and understructures. These metal components provide load-bearing support for our desks, lifting systems, and filing units.

Key Workshop Output

Structural desk frames, height-adjustable lifting columns, folding table leg assemblies, and steel cabinet carcasses.

Panel Processing

This department is equipped for precision panel cutting, edge banding, and multi-hole CNC drilling. Table tops, modesty panels, desk returns, and melamine storage components are prepared here with tight tolerances and smooth sealed edges.

Workstation table surfaces, meeting table tops, credenza panels, and cabinet shelves.

Surface Finishing

Fabricated steel parts undergo surface cleaning, rust prevention treatment, and electrostatic powder coating. Once heated and cured, the finish forms an even layer that protects table frames and metal cabinets from daily scratches and wear.

Environmental Standards

Operated under our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System with controlled spray recovery and clean exhaust filtration.

Furniture Assembly

Our technicians fit together structural frames, folding mechanisms, drawer runners, locks, and electric motors for our height-adjustable desks. Hardware alignments are checked to make sure all moving parts operate smoothly.

Pre-assembled frame pods, height-adjustable drive columns, flip-top training table hinges, and file drawer slide assemblies.

Quality Control

Under our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, inspections take place at incoming material arrival, during in-line processing, and before final packaging. Lifting mechanisms undergo continuous operational checks, and finished surfaces are examined for consistency.

Inspection Routine

Steel weld strength checks, panel dimensions, motor lifting function checks, and coating adhesion audits.

Finished Goods & Packing

Furniture products are packed with corner protectors, foam padding, and multi-layer corrugated export cartons designed for ocean transit. Products are then organized inside our warehouse facility, ready for container consolidation and shipping.

Export Destinations

Regular container dispatches to international markets including the United States, Singapore, Australia, Norway, and more than 10 countries and regions.
